CIRCUIT BOARD MANUFACTURING (domestic)

WESTAK has supplied the electronics industry with high quality printed circuit boards since 1972. We have two fully equipped manufacturing sites in the Western United States, which enable us to fulfill prototype and medium volume double-sided and multi-layer PCB requirements. Our established network of overseas, high-volume partners also allows us to serve the needs of our customers with mass volume production requirements. While we offer a wide range of technological capabilities, our objective is to provide exceptional customer service from quoting to delivery.

CIRCUIT BOARD MANUFACTURING (offshore)

BoardTEK ELECTRONICS is an ISO-9002, ISO-14001 and IECQ registered manufacturer of double sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards, and was established in 1987 by one of Taiwan's oldest and largest corporations, the YFY Group. The YFY Group was founded over seventy years ago, and today has annual sales in excess of 2.5 billion US dollars, and employees more than 10,000 people worldwide.

With the completion of our most recent expansion, BoardTEK now has the capacity to ship approximately 750,000 square feet of finished boards per month. With production capability through 14 layers, (24 layers by the end of this year), and UL appproval for line width/spacing down to 4 Mils, BoardTEK is well equipped to handle even the most sophisticated and highest volume customer's needs. All materials used by BoardTEK are UL approved and meet rigid customer requirements such as MIL-STD-105 and MIL-STD-414 quality standards.

Calibration of inspection and test instruments are in accordance with MIL-C-45662 and are calibrated against certified standards to assure accuracy and traceability to the National Bureau of Standards.

FLEX INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES utilizes years of experience and knowledge in providing flex-based solution to Medical, Computers, Aerospace, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, Display, Fiberoptics, and Military customers. FIT is dedicated to prviding high reliability products and unsurpassed service.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

GEOMETRIX COMPANY INC. manufacturing facility is located in Rosemount, Minnesota.

Our 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has allowed us to position ourselves as a leader in precision sheet metal fabrication in the Compuer, Electronics, Aerospace, Medical, Vending and Appliance industries. We are also ISO 9002 Certified.
